Every BackRack headache rack is fabricated from heavy-gauge 12-gauge HRPO (High Strength Low-Alloy) steel—material chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio and durability under extreme conditions. We don’t use thinner steel or shortcuts. We use the material that performs.
Our welding process is precision-engineered. Each joint is strategically positioned and meticulously executed to distribute load evenly and resist the stresses that come from active use, impacts, and years of demanding work. Our welders follow standards that exceed industry norms.
The powder coat finish is applied with the same precision as the steel underneath. We use a black powder coat process that protects against corrosion, UV exposure, and weathering.
